It is emphasised at the start of the book that author attempts a direct, summarised approach free of technical legal jargon. This is done fairly well throughout most of the book, and hence it is accessable to the causal reader. However in terms of||`the format adopted by Ms Wang is effective in leading the reader gradually and simply through an unfamiliar system a valuable companion to those venturing into the China market.'
