Jonathan Hayes is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist who has practiced bankruptcy law in the Central District of California for the past 28 years. He is a Senior Adjunct Professor of Law at the Univeristy of West Los Angeles School of Law.
This book contains my briefs of 121 Supreme Court cases dealing with the subject of bankruptcy. From the earliest opinion of Sturges v. Crowninshield in 1819 through the Piccadilly Cafeterias case in 2008. There are comments on most of the cases as well as information regarding the justices who wrote the opinions.
